TrueSeniorPlans provides an online experience that helps users learn about final expense and related insurance concepts, compare illustrative quote information, and—if you choose—submit a request to be contacted by independent, licensed insurance agents or partners who may assist you. We are not an insurance company, and we do not issue insurance policies. Any coverage is provided solely by licensed insurers, subject to their underwriting and approval.

Quotes, rates, and product descriptions shown on the Service may be illustrative or informational only. Actual premiums, eligibility, and policy terms are determined by the issuing insurer and may differ from what is displayed on the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. No professional advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, tax, or insurance advice. You should consult a licensed professional in your state regarding your specific situation. We make no guarantee that any particular product or carrier will be available to you.

4. Lead requests and communications

If you submit information requesting follow-up (including through our quote flow), you agree that we and/or the partners we work with may contact you using the contact details you provide, including by telephone, email, or text message, in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. Where we collect express consent for such communications, that consent is described at the point of collection.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUESENIORPLANS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TrueSeniorPlans, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF THIRD PARTIES ON OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (WHICH IS TYPICALLY ZERO FOR FREE USE OF THE WEBSITE).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrueSeniorPlans and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees), resulting from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
